Ticks in Politics

A hungry man is an angry man. So don't take chances. We need anger management classes. And the lecture is equity amongst the masses. I see that boy sleeping in the cold streets, big cars passing, but nothing to eat. Politicians feed us with deceit. All they want is to get the 'SEAT'. So I rhyme to the beat, hoping my lines can help fight the defeat. So Nigerians, stand to your feet. Our country is not just for the elite. It's for the market-women selling, students learning  and laborers yearning for a better pay, a better earning, a better day. Our country rotten, it's like Saro Wiwa died for nothing.
I reminisce of when i was younger, we played all day.  Through the rain, through the thunder. But now, no longer. Our country is worse, daddy says:'everyone's a suspect, close your doors.
Contractors, we want feed back. There's a little girl on the street, feed her. This is a letter to our leaders.
